With the beginning of the resumption of work after the Iraqi invasion of the State of Kuwait, a new strategy began for the campaign in providing services. The features of these services surpassed air travel and the contentment of an airline route to Mecca only, which resulted in a reduction of the period to approximately (10) days.
In the period from 1992 AD. Until the year 2000 AD. It was characterized by its distinction in developing its services with everything innovative and new, until it became a clear echo among the Hajj campaigns, and it was also a place of satisfaction and acceptance among the pilgrims. During this period, a system of control and control over work was established, taking an aspect of organization as well as administrative, which reflected positively on the ban in planning. And services, the authorized number for the campaign is 400 pilgrims.

From 2013 AD until 2018 AD, with the determination of the registration of pilgrims and the adoption of a quota system in each country, bringing the number of one pilgrim to 105 pilgrims, this stage has now passed into a new stage of health and stability. In addition to the above, we have activated electronic follow-up by utilizing modern smart means, which has facilitated all Hajj matters for pilgrims, starting from registration in Kuwait to their travel, services within hotels, pilgrimages, and transportation.
In addition, we have set special standards for the (People of Determination) program, which is a program designated for people with special needs, each according to their disability. This program was well prepared in advance and the services needed by people of determination were identified and properly adapted, each according to their disability. The campaign recorded the highest level of registration for this category. From the community, the total number of registered pilgrims reached (11), including two women.
The services provided to them focus on health care and providing the capabilities to overcome the difficulty of Hajj in the face of disability. Some of them had motor disabilities, and some had visual disabilities. All of them completed the Hajj rituals with complete ease and ease, and praised the level that we provided for them.
Perhaps one of the most prominent things we have done this year is the establishment of a performance team, which is considered a standard of administrative quality and which has been reflected very positively in measuring the level of performance and services for pilgrims. The team’s reports will also contribute significantly to innovation and development, which we aspire to for the coming years, God willing.
We noticed, through the questionnaires in which everyone, including pilgrims, as well as the cadres working in the campaign at all levels, participated in an outstanding reflection of the accuracy of the administrative work, in accordance with a system and work mechanism that we follow with a strategy that ensured the campaign’s progress and stability in its excellence and the advancement of its services.
